I booked onto this October retreat with a group of friends, and arrived on the Saturday morning feeling weary and worn down by a hectic job. Immediately I felt the stress ebb away, as Cicely and her wonderful team welcomed us to St Thomas de Conac.
The setting could not be more perfect, in a lovely old French farmhouse, with pale blue shutters, cosy wood fires, and exquisitely comfortable beds. Albert guided us through superb daily classes of yoga and meditation, and conducted a tailored mobility assessment on each of us. Aimee was on hand to provide incredible massages in the relaxing yoga barn, and the food that Cicely prepared for throughout the day was simply outstanding. She also provided us with a cooking demonstration, nutrition consultation, and plenty of ideas to come home with.
This was a fantastic experience, I left feeling rejuvenated and energised, and wishing to return as soon as possible.
